I don't feel like going to work today . . . bleah.

I'm in charge of the company starting Friday cuz my boss is going on vacation for 10 days . . . my first act will be to tell everyone they can work from home for a week. Heh.

Guard Cat on Duty

H brought the kits down last week and they're still here and will be here for a few weeks. It's nice having them here and they seem really happy to be here. The weird thing is, I don't know if Scout picked this up from Jake or if she's just a nut but, she's acting even more like a dog than she used to.

Whenever she hears a noise outside or someone comes to the door, she runs over there and starts growling. Just like a dog.

Grrrrrrrrrr . . . grrrrrrrrowf . . . grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Nose to the door. Hackles raised. Ready to spring at the marauder the moment the door is opened. It's pretty cute and pretty funny.

Is she mimicking Jake or do other cats do this?

Why is it that whenever you have an itch in two places, if you scratch them both simultaneously, neither is satisfied?

Nothing like engaging in some intense foreplay and being right on the cusp of an orgasm and then having your cat come up and start licking your face . . . total buzz kill.
